Can I order online and collect the same day?
Often yes, if you order before the cutoff and we confirm stock. Wait for our confirmation before coming in.

Will the bouquet match the photo?
Closely, though flowers are seasonal. Individual blooms may be substituted with similar ones of equal or greater value, keeping the style and colours intact.
Getting a New Windsor delivery right
New Windsor is mostly standalone houses on quiet residential streets, which makes it one of the more straightforward parts of our western run. The things that slow a delivery down here are gates, dogs and long driveways rather than locked lobbies. If any of those apply, a line in the delivery notes saves a return trip.
If nobody is home we may leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot out of the sun, contact the recipient, or call you to agree the next step. Tell us in your shopping bag if there is a covered porch or a neighbour who would take them.
Choosing between delivery and pickup
From most New Windsor addresses our Mount Roskill shop is only a few minutes away, so pickup is often the faster option and there is no fee. The one thing to watch is the weekday closure between 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm — collect either side of it. On Saturdays and Sundays the shop is open 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Sizes, cards and substitutions
Arrangements come in Signature (medium) and Grand (large), with some designs made at a fixed size. Every card is handwritten in your own words. If a particular flower is not at its best on the day, we substitute a similar one of equal or greater value and keep the style, colour palette and overall value of the arrangement intact — we will not quietly downgrade an order.
Can you deliver to a rest home or care facility?
Yes. Include the facility name, the resident’s full name and their room or unit number. Reception will normally accept them and pass them on.
Can I send flowers without my name on them?
Yes. We still need your details for the order itself, but the card message is entirely yours — sign it however you like, or leave it blank.
Do you deliver to New Windsor in the evening?
Deliveries run during shop hours. For something that needs to arrive after work, sending to a workplace during the day or choosing pickup is usually the better plan.
