What is the difference between Signature and Grand?
Signature is our medium size and Grand is the larger. Grand uses noticeably more stems and reads as a more significant gift. Some designs are fixed-size and sold as shown.
Can I send flowers for a funeral or memorial?
Yes. Tell us the service time and venue when you order, and order as far ahead as you can. For flowers going to a home instead, a vase arrangement is usually more thoughtful.
Can I request a photo before delivery?
Yes, on request before the bouquet leaves the shop.
How do you handle seasonal availability?
If a flower is not at its best we substitute a similar one of equal or greater value, keeping the style, colour palette and value intact.
